We created the Shine the Light! program to encourage our network of designers to donate their services to deserving non-profit organizations in their communities. Through Shine the Light! you donate design services and we provide a free LightCMS subscription for one year to a non-profit organization of your choosing.
How it works
1. You choose the non-profit organization
We let you choose the organization to benefit with the donation. The only requirement is that they are a not-for-profit organization. We prefer that they are located in your community or surrounding area. You can use whatever method you wish to select an organization. Nominations, voting, or just picking someone - the choice is yours.
2. You work with the organization as your own client
Once you've selected an organization, you work with them just like you would with any of your clients. The level of service you donate is up to you but at the very least, you need to create a design and integrate it into LightCMS.
3. We provide a one year LightCMS subscription for free
Once you are ready to upgrade the site, we'll set it up so that no payments are required for twelve full months from the point of upgrade. You can utilize any of our website plans all the way to our Premier level if you wish.
How do I get started?
Shine the Light! is available to customers enrolled in our LightCMS Rewards program. Once you have signed up for LightCMS rewards, information about getting started with Shine the Light! will be provided to you. You can get more information on our LightCMS Rewards page.
